Application
Paraffin emulsifier is a non-ionic surfactant which is composed of various surfactants and auxiliary emulsifiers.
1. The emulsifier has unique emulsifying properties for a variety of paraffin products such as full refining, semi-refining,
crude paraffin, chemical wax and soap wax.This product has the advantages of simple equipment, mature technology,
simple operation and high efficiency when preparing paraffin emulsion.
2. The paraffin emulsion with a solid content of more than 50% can be prepared by using this product. It has the features
of uniform particles, high dispersion, stable storage, non-toxic, tasteless, good lubrication, acid and alkali resistance, hard
water resistance, non-stratification and non-demulsifying.Water and good water solubility, arbitrary proportion dilution
demulsification, agglomerate, stratification, long shelf life, under the condition of 10 to 25 ℃ sealed, avoid light
preservation can reach more than six months.
3. The paraffin emulsion prepared by this product is widely used in the fields of paper making, textile, casting, water-based materials, water-based ink, etc. It can also be directly used as a mold release agent. In the artificial fiber board industry,
paraffin can be completely replaced as a waterproof and moisture-proof agent, which is simpler, cheaper and more
effective than paraffin.
