Application in beverages

MF-4 is added to beverages containing oil or protein, such as soy milk, peanut milk, lactic acid milk, cocoa milk, almond

milk, soy milk crystal, etc., which can significantly improve solubility and stability, prevent precipitation and separation,

and prolong shelf life. Common colloid stabilizers and thickeners are easy to cause molecular degradation at high

temperature, affecting the homogenization effect of drinks. MF-4 can withstand high temperature, can be suitable for

homogeneous pressure, emulsification effect is better.MF-4 can also be used in the production of beverage emulsifying

essence.
